5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings derived from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable bonus wagering conditions have been met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

99bd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To make the bonus amount withdrawable, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 in wagers required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• One account is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
• Bonuses have a specific validity period. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 99bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

7.1 Fair Play

99bd uses fair play technology to ensure that all game outcomes are entirely impartial and random. No user or third party can influence the outcome of any game.

7.2 Game Errors

If a technical error causes an abnormal result, 99bd reserves the right to void the relevant transaction. In such cases, the deposited amount will be refunded, but any winnings resulting from the error will not be considered valid.

7.3 Betting Limits

7.4 Connectivity Issues

If your internet connection is lost during a game, your wagered funds will be protected. Once the connection is restored, the session will resume normally or be settled according to the applicable rules.

2. Money Laundering: Depositing or transferring funds derived from illegal sources.
